rip off

I like playing, so I bought it. ad: more backgrounds, music,puzzles,no ads, create your own puzzles all for $4.99. What I got was 3 puzzle packs (ok0 no ads (ok) that was it. and their email appears to be bogus. If the help page is sending a request they do not reply.
Update: been playing now for almost 2 yr. bought a new iPad, signed in to move my puzzles (level 89). Message said to click link in email they sent. Checked spam,junk,inbox, 5 hr. Later, no email. ####3 days later still no email, yet when I went back to help and ask again it took 15 seconds for a auto reply to my inbox.
Now I am back on the paid ver. And getting ads by way of "get daily something ???"
They now make us pay for ads.....WOW.
