Some things apparently never change

Ive been playing this puzzle game for at least the past 4 years and absolutely love it. The puzzle selections both free and paid for are great. Have tried others but just arent as good. Until recently that is. The site has turned into a game of if you can get on it and how long it will take. Or if your going to be able to finish your puzzle before you get kicked out of it. Or if youre even going to get credit for the monthly ones you complete. Come on guys....lets fix the problem once and for all so we can get back to doing what we do enjoy....solving jigsaw puzzles.
