Great, but

I love the puzzles and all of the options. But every time I try to transfer to a new computer I lose things. This time I lost all of the puzzles I used energy for. I got all of the rest of my puzzles back but those I was working on went back to the beginning. I wrote for help but what was suggested didnt work. There must be a better way to transfer.
