EXTREMELY UPSET
I keep adding to my message and yet nothing has been done to correct the fact that your app WILL NOT OPEN FOR ME. I do not know what else to do it is a good three months or more that I have had this issue and I know I am not the only one. So Can you Please tell me what your bug fixed because I still have the same issue and I know my IPad can support your app. Magic Puzzles use to be something I looked forward to play and it is EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING that I can no longer do so.
I look forward to my puzzles and since the Pink Ribbon update I have been unable to open the app.I do not want to delete the app as I have puzzles I have purchased and do not want to loose my investment plus not sure I would be able to open anyway. PLEASE FIX NOW. NOT being able to open the APP IS REALLY this is not acceptable.
I have been able to do my puzzles better now except that there are still days when I am unable to open the app on the first try. There are many days when I have to tap on the app numerous times before it opens,not sure why this happens. At least with patience I am eventually able to open the app and work my puzzles. I have increased the amount of stars only because I can work my puzzles but I still have issues with the app.
