Love magic puzzles

Ive always loved jigsaw puzzles so this is the perfect app for me. Its relaxing - no clocks to beat - just work at my own pace. But I have to agree with another reviewer that there are no explanations for the buttons that pop up when you minimize the bar where the pieces are. Actually I just discovered them by mistake after playing for over a week. Can anyone offer a tutorial?
